Most artworks are available in two formats: an instant digital file for immediate download and a made-to-order fine art print that we ship directly to your door. The format is clearly indicated on each product page.

Immediately after checkout, you will receive a link to download your high-resolution (300 dpi) files. You can print these at home, at a local shop, or via an online printing service. These are for personal use only.

Our physical prints use a 12-color giclée process on museum-grade cotton rag paper. This archival system ensures that every brushstroke and color nuance remains vibrant for over a century.

Yes, all fine art prints feature a subtle digital reproduction of Kevin Kia's signature. This maintains the artwork's integrity while verifying its authenticity.

Since each print is custom-made for you, we cannot accept standard returns. However, if your artwork arrives damaged or with a printing error, email kevin@artacademi.com within 7 days for a free replacement.

To reduce our carbon footprint, we print and fulfill orders from our partners in the USA, UK, and Japan. This ensures safer, more efficient delivery of your made-to-order fine art print.

As soon as your print ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. This number will activate within 24–48 hours, allowing you to monitor its progress directly.
